1, 2, 3, Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 rip avocado
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Run your knife down the avocado from one end to the other. You will feel the pit in the center. Open the avocado. Repeat with the other half.
- Finely chop the onion, tomato and cilantro. Add to bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and start incorporating all of the ingredients. Add the lime juice and mix. Add salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a sandwich spread.
