- 1/4 cup orzo pasta (dry)
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese Highly recommend Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 tspn salt
Bring broth to a boil and add your salt. Then stir in the orzo.
Boil on medium, stirring often to prevent pasta from sticking. The orzo will absorb all the liquid so there will be no need to drain.
Turn off your burner and add in the butter and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
