Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup orzo pasta (dry)
  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese Highly recommend Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 tspn salt

Instructions
 

  • Bring broth to a boil and add your salt. Then stir in the orzo.
  • Boil on medium, stirring often to prevent pasta from sticking. The orzo will absorb all the liquid so there will be no need to drain.
  • Turn off your burner and add in the butter and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
