Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves packed
  • 1/8 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add the basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt and parmesan cheese to a blender and pulse.
  • Add the olive oil slowly until the pesto becomes smooth. It will be thick.
