- 1 tbsp half and half or cream
- 1 pat butter

Preheat a small skillet over low heat and add butter. In a small bowl, crack your egg. Add half and half, and salt and whisk until combined. Once the butter is melted, add your mixture to the pan.
Be patient as the egg cooks, only moving it around until the liquid cooks overall. Flip the egg with a spatula. Do not overcook. Your egg should be a pale yellow. Enjoy!
