- Preheat a small skillet over low heat and add butter. In a small bowl, crack your egg. Add half and half, and salt and whisk until combined. Once the butter is melted, add your mixture to the pan.
- Be patient as the egg cooks, only moving it around until the liquid cooks overall. Flip the egg with a spatula. Do not overcook. Your egg should be a pale yellow. Enjoy!
